While we take great care in packaging artworks, delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds (Australian Consumer Law)
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an
item is:

• Faulty
• Significantly different from its description

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Colour or texture variations inherent to original art
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

7. Commissions

• All commissions are discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement
• Timeframes vary and may take weeks or months depending on availability and scope
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Changes after approval may incur additional costs

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are protected by copyright.

• Copyright remains with the artist, Kai D’Orsa
• Purchase of artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights
• Artworks may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission

Collectors are welcome to display purchased artworks privately.

9. Collaborations & Enquiries
Any collaborations, murals, licensing, or commercial projects are subject to separate written agreements and are not governed by standard product terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork or service provided
