Change of Mind
Selecting artwork is a personal decision. As all works are original or limited in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on original artworks or prints. We encourage you to review all images and descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.
Custom Artwork & Commissions
Custom commissions are created specifically for you. Once work has commenced on a commissioned piece, refunds are not available. We recommend confirming all details, timelines, and expectations before approving a commission.
Damaged Deliveries
Every effort is made to package artworks securely. In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging showing any damage
- Photograph the artwork itself, clearly showing the issue
- Email the images to kaidorsastudio.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not attempt to repair or alter the artwork
We will assess the situation and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Lost or Missing Items
If your artwork is lost in transit or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where necessary, offer a replacement or refund.
Artwork Descriptions & Colour Variations
All artworks are photographed and described as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Minor colour variation is not grounds for a return or refund.
Natural Aging of Artwork
Artworks may naturally age over time depending on materials, environment, and care. This is considered part of the artwork’s character and is not grounds for a refund. We are happy to advise on best practices for care and display.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artworks remain the intellectual property of Kai D’Orsa Studio / Kai D’Orsa. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. Artworks may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
Care & Handling
Once an artwork has been delivered, responsibility for care and handling rests with the purchaser. We are happy to provide guidance on framing, storage, and display to ensure longevity.
