Thank you for supporting Kai D’Orsa Studio. Each artwork is created, handled, and shipped with care. This policy outlines important information regarding our shipping times and policies:

Australian Shipping
All original artworks are dispatched within 1–2 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This timeframe allows for careful preparation and secure packaging. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to ordering. Additional fees may apply.

International Shipping
International shipping is available for original artworks. As shipping costs vary depending on destination, size, and insurance requirements, international customers are asked to contact kaidorsastudio@gmail.com for a
personalised quote before purchasing.

Packaging
All artworks are professionally packed using protective materials appropriate to the medium and scale of the work. We take reasonable care to ensure artworks are packaged to arrive safely and, in the condition described.

Tracking & Dispatch
Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available. Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only.

Delivery Delays
While we endeavour to meet all stated dispatch timeframes, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including postal disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, or weather events. These delays do not constitute a failure under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kai D’Orsa Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If you identify an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will assist where possible prior to dispatch.

Sale & Discounted Items
All sale or discounted artworks are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If an artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Notify us as soon as possible
  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and artwork
  • Do not attempt to repair or alter the artwork

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.

Lost Parcels
If your artwork is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately. While we will assist you in resolving the issue, please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
