PORTRAITS

Portraiture sits at the heart of Kai’s practice, spanning hyper-realistic graphite works to expressive, large-scale oil paintings. Each piece explores emotion, presence, and human connection with depth and honesty. Commission enquiries for bespoke portrait artworks are invited.

MURALS

Kai creates large-scale murals that respond thoughtfully to their environment and audience. His work includes a 25-metre entrance mural at Geelong Grammar School and a full-colour wellbeing mural at St Joseph’s College Geelong, designed to foster calm and connection for students. Enquiries for site-specific mural commissions are welcomed.

BOOK ILLUSTRATION

Kai is the illustrator and self-publisher of The Farmer’s Wife and Her Fancy Hats, a playful, fully illustrated book inspired by his mother’s work as a milliner. The project reflects his love of drawing, storytelling, and character-driven illustration and was selected for 'Top Designs' Exhibition 2026.
